What is Parent Coaching?

Parent coaching is a non-judgmental support to help you become the parent you really want to be. The program includes six, one hour coaching sessions with a bonus follow up to be sure your family is feeling the lasting effects of our work together. I work with parents of young children (infant through pre-school aged) who are feeling overwhelmed and ineffective in their parenting methods.

Put down all the books and let's talk. I know how overwhelming it is to be a parent of young children. Having a background in child development and expertise in behavior were no match for my first experience with the toddler years! After digging deeper and doing more research into brain development and parenting practices that foster connection, I am so excited to support you in your parenting journey. Over the years, I have taken what I have learned and applied those practices in my work in schools and in my own home with wonderful success. I can't wait to share this new way of approaching behavior challenges with you!

The program is designed to work around your schedule. At the end of the six week process, you will feel more confident with your work-life balance and more connected to your family. You have what it takes to be the exact parent your children need right now. Let me help you get there. All parent coaching clients also receive a free follow up consultation one month after our last session to check in and support continued success.

    Schedule your consultation.

Parenting on the Same Page is my signature program for parenting partners and requires participation by both for all six sessions. Respectful Parenting is my program that requires one parent participate, but partners are also welcome at any or all of the six sessions.
